By using LiteUpload's file sharing service you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. LiteUpload provides no warranty or guarantee and all services are provided as-is. You acknowledge that uploading copyrighted or illegal material is not allowed. Illegal or Copyrighted files will be removed and the user will be liable to any charges incurred by law. LiteUpload reserves the right to remove any file for any such reason. Uploading of any pornograpic files, including child pornography will result in immediate prevention to the use of LiteUpload services and the IP of the user will be reported to appropriate authorities.
If a file is found to be breaching copyright, the copyright owner may contact the LiteUpload admin to request for this file to be removed. LiteUpload is not responsible for any such file uploaded by users, however it is in LiteUpload's interest to remove any copyright infringing or illegal files.
